it's quite easy to do if you have something like Adobe Premiere; first you choose an apropriate song, then lay it on an audio track, then find a video you think suits the song and lay it on the video track; then you find the duration of the audio track and then change the speed/duration of the video track with the duration of the song. A perfect fit, well you have to make sure the song suits the action that is going on.
