  • This will not speed up the processors in term of calculus power, this will affect primarly the bus used to connect the CPU with the RAM or the NOC to connect the cores on a single chip...

  • @BurtWilson1 what do you mean moores law has held pretty true throughout the years. the number of transisters do double every 2-3 years

  • So, silicon photonic microarchitectures after sandy-bridge?

  • The smaller you make the chips, the more you run into nasty quantum effects, so there's only so small you can get. Adding more and more cores then is the solution. This on the other hand heavily increases a chip's performance, with less heating.

  • dos any one know how i can scan a chip with lead coating basicaly layer scaning can any one direct me thank u or know the equitment thank u
