@segd it was a track marshall named Graham Beveridge. The wheel went through a small gap in the fence and hit him. Theres footage of it from another angle thats found its way onto YouTube where you can see it hit him /watch?v=zB-AcTjAgac

He hit the brakes too early, because he had break problems during that part of the race. It wasn´t the fault of Jacques, but also not from Ralf. Normal racing incident in my opinion ...

quite scary seeing the crash happen in real time from the on board camera. michael must have been worried though he was leading the race.
