its like you're sitting in a shoe box waiting for one decent sized wave to pulverize you. it's like it was built by a team of drunk munchkins. i would pay money to see a video of this engineering disaster being pounded into a rocky ocean shoreline. pink or not, this vessel oozes homosexuality

@mumbleye That's interesting. It's much tougher than it looks as it's made from epoxied 6mm marine ply. I am interested to know why you think this is an engineering disaster. It can row, sail, take a motor and the Hobie Mirage Drive. I would say its practicality has dictated it's form and of course it looks like a box as this is by far the most stable shape for a very small boat. However, you did not really answer my question about what makes it gay.

I am very interested to understand this vessel's gayness but just saying that it looks like something two grown men would have sex in doesn't really explain it sufficiently for me. @mumbleye Well, we have now established what your definition of 'gay' is. Things are much clearer now. Tell me, how can I redesign this dinghy so that it is less gay? Would camouflage paint help? What if the person in the boat was holding an Uzi or an AK 47? Or is it beyond this and would look gay no matter what I did to it? What creative suggestions can you make?

@benjy1966 Gay as in "it's different and I'm scared of it". Like when I ask "can you haul the Fliptail on a bike trailer?" because I think it would be cool to be the only one that brought a rowboat camping on a mountain bike trip, that's probably Gay too.
