  • Who's on it fiddle? Who's hittin' that bass?

  • Light Crust Doughboys! Cowboy bands are the best!!! They're still out there, check out the Lucky Stars, Smith Ranch Boys, Capt. Jeff and the Musical Chumbuckets, The Side-Wynders and The Stage Coach Looters, all southern Cali bands!!!

  • many thanks.

smokey montgmery was playing the banjo.

  • Yeeaahh, slap that doghouse!

  • The guitar players are probably Muryell Campbell and Dick Reinhart.

  • Could that be Clifford Gross on the fiddle? Or maybe J.R. Chatwell?

  • Thanks for the video, Spider. I wonder where those Martin D-18s are now.

  • we have this show its good

  • I wish I could find a multi cd set of nothing but the Light Crust Doughboys - a collection of old 78s and radio shows. They did great instrumentals. They rode around in a real big ol touring sedan. I'd love to go back in time to the 1930s and ride through rural america with'em on their way to the next show!

  • Double wow! Thanks for posting this gem!
