It's such ashame that we all seem to get caught up in our everyday lives so much that we sometimes neglect old friends for the new ones that enter our lives....it takes many years and sometimes many of our old friends dying before we learn that old friends are the best and we should never ignore any old time friend for a new one....
Never add a new friend at the expense of neglecting an Old one...I think that's a good lesson for All of us to learn...and to practice!!

One of his beautiful,gentle,relaxed and meaningful songs. He may have altered physically due to age,illness etc as we all do--but that special,special voice is as constant today as it ever was. He has never sung a "wrong" song--everything he has ever done has just been beautiful;even the "lighter" songs have always carried that undertone of emotion that his voice can't help producing. Thank you for posting this,"bob"--and thank YOU my friend,J,for sending it to me.
