you cheated, if you look you see that he has waaaaay too many stars, 4 is the highest amount you can get in each catergory but this guy has at least 16 for each that also probably explains why it is such poor quality... why do you need to cheat on crackdown its so easy!

all those cars are agency cars. he went to the agency and brought the cars to those spots and at 1:10 you can see the agency signature on the bottom of the car.
