this is all nice and all but is determined bu all Judges to be an act of anti social behavior for which they glean authority to baker act you in to the voids between the laws. So I ask what good is all this if there is none to enforce it but by deadly force? “Citizens may resist unlawful arrest to the point of taking an arresting officer's life if necessary.” Plummer v. State.

@altops The point is, get off the elite's chessboard and sit down next to them. We are not tokens. You put them on notice of your unalienable rights as a "people." If they do not respect and continue to attempt to engage you in contract via coercion, you sue them personally. See my video all govt. is by consent, not coercion.

@mackler We are in the process of doin' all of this, currently. I'm documenting Burt, mainly, as he applies these theories in practice in various applications here in Colorado. Burt has a number of irons in the fire, and you will be the first to know, I promise, when we have successes! Almost there! You'll hear about the failures and the reasons for the failures as well. Keep your fingers crossed!

@mackler Actually, no. Burt and I have only recently realized how to do these things. We are in the process, currently. He's preparing to file a lawsuit against the Denver police for his TSA detention; I got a ticket; I gave the court a Cease & Desist, which they ignored. Next step is to write the lady sittin' on the bench a demand letter w/21 days to pay or I'll file a lawsuit against her personally. We'll keep you posted.

@mackler The so called gov agencies/faceless corporations and cops collect fees from you all the time, so obviously it works. Freedom does not work for those with a defeatist attitude.
