Yeah baffles make a big difference in the loudness of the bike. What it could also be is different air filters and engine mods like that. Even though they're not that big performance wise, they do make a change in the noise.

naw i wasnt sayin it like that i know itll sound different on a suzuki yamaha kawi or somein but im sayin i see some leo slip ons are louder than others on the same bike like i think its somein to do with baffles n shit

On the same bike yes, on different bikes no. Bc different bikes got different motors etc. Yah know?
