JAN AKKERMAN, 'HOCUS POCUS', 'tOude Pothuys 2010

An explosive version of 'Hocus Pocus', when Jan Akkerman and band performed at 't-oude Pothuys' venue in Utrecht, The Netherlands, on Saturday, February 13rd, 2010. The hugely enthusiastic audience was packed tight, right up to the front of the stage, and the band was in top form, clearly visible here, during this fine performance.

Terrific! It seems that Akkernan and his bandmates keep finding new and inventive ways to interpret this classic tune - no wonder they're smiling. Wish they'd cross the pond and play here in New York City. Nicely shot video too!
