This is not a review, walkthrough, playthrough, or demonstration of my playing ability.
It's simply a quick demonstration of the game so that anyone not familiar with these old games can see what it looks like.
It's also here so that I can embed it, along with most of the games in my collection, on my website (see link above).

Any opinions or comments I make regarding these games should largely be taken with a pinch of salt.
They are usually based on my first impressions after a very brief play.

well I played the game as I was around 5 years old,my dad owned a game gear this time.

I played sonic and castle of illusion,but I can barely remind back to these days,beacuase I'm eight-teen right now. :)

ok well,guess I have to google for an useful emulator,still thank you. ^^

PS: You still own a Game Gear??? O_o

1: I have never played the game before, not even a short practice play.

2: I'm watching the game through the camera viewfinder, so can't see what I'm doing.

3: I'm narrating, and playing while trying to speak coherently is not easy.

But all this aside, you've missed the point. This video is not to show off my skill, or lack of it. It's just to show people who're unfamiliar with these retro games, what they look like.

Can someone tell me the name of a very old sega game where you play as mickey mouse (and mini as a AI follower). I know that it's a game of an older generation than this one and that Mickey can shoot starts of some kind. One of the bosses was a crocodile on land if I'm not mistaken and one was a raven(witch?) who steals mini away from you at one point. Anybody know what I'm talking about?

in my mind the very best retro gaming console was and will ever be the Super Nintendo and maybe the classic Gameboy.

I had this version on the GG and the sega mega drive, and the game was awesome for a mickey mouse game, it was so playable. Mickey Mouse did seriously kick arse on this one, the other Mickey Mouse Games like Land of Illusion was not as good. Great memories...

i've played rambo 3 till death...my god..one of my favz in sega..then there was sonic the hedge hog...how can i forget WRESTLE MANIA ( the first game which looked exactly to real WWF stars...my god...THANX AGAIn for sharing

@SteveBenway XD anyway, nice video of a great game. This made me NEED a Gamegear back when I first saw it in Comet's Gamesmaster zone. Try pressing jump twice to do the bottom bounce on the enemy's heads. The master system is slightly different becaue you have to jump, and then press button 1 to acheive the same move.
