The Academy of Culinary Arts awarded culinary medals and certificates to more than 40 new chefs and baking and pastry professionals prepared with the latest culinary knowledge on Wednesday, Dec. 21.

The keynote speaker was ACA alumni Chef George Kyrtatas '99, "The Little Greek Chef," an expert in Mediterranean cuisine and author of the cookbook, My Big Fat Greek Feast.
