I don't see anyone (crew OR passengers) panic, upset, etc. Even the couple in the film were laughing so it didn't seem like the end of the world. The title of this clip is OUTRAGEOUS because the film does not depict anything the title suggests. Shame on you!

I landed in that weather that day. Last plane to get into NJ. 40 minutes of HORRIFIC turbulence (people were crying, puking, praying and screaming). I am suffering from post traumatic stress disorder after this. I would so much rather have spent 8 hours in a plane on the ground! They did not refund us anything...

I've flown from LAX - JFK on Virgin many times and I've luckily never had any sort of problem. They've always been very professional. It sucks it took 16 hours, but I hardly think that's Virgin's fault. The bad weather is to blame and I'd rather be waiting on the ground and being thrown around in the air.

At least you were in first class!

being in a country (i.e. USA) full of people who sue and complain about every single thing (even the most trivial matter), i am dead sure Virgin ain't that stupid to lock up 100 potential lawsuits in the plane for no reason and then deny them the toilet & water. seriously, think about it.

Hey dipshi-, we all had opportunities to disembark the aircraft on 2 seperate occasions, within your little 3 hour period. We had clean Lavs and water and food. It was our choice to stay onboard the aircraft. We all got to our destination + a refund + a credit and apology. Whiney little Bi---!
