Darkscream, this video made my night, dude! LOL XD
Anyway, as for underrated anime installments, I recently reviewed Cromartie High School. 26 episodes of pure, unadulterated excellence, not to mention it's a slice-of-life series based on juvenile male students. Highly recommended, if you're into that sort-of thing. Also, Kino's Journey is an excellent, philosophical series; great writing, memorable characters, and 13 episodes. And Scrapped Princess; excellent, but not talked about enough.

El Hazard 2 = pretty good.
El Hazard: The Alternative World = disappointing.

I still say "Key: The Metal Idol" is one of the most underrated anime out there; especially for an early 90's anime. It had a surreal sci-fi/thriller/psychological story that is executed very well. And unlike SOME anime that I still don't understand the popularity of (*cough*EVA*cough**cough*), it actually starts to explain everything that is going on right before the last episode which doesn't leave the viewer asking tons of questions. It's pretty much like Pinochio meets Terminator in a way.

Dragon Half DEFINITELY deserved to be longer. I remember watching the ADV version of it and lol'd so much.
