80's Crash Test Dummies/ US Department of Transportation commercial

This 80's commercial Larry tries to get his dummy friend Vince out of bed so they can go their safety belt test at 9. Vince is resistant to go, as he thinks no one is paying attention to their message of wearing seat belts for safety. However, Larry soon convinces him after getting jiggy with it & then telling him that Barbara Mandrell was saving in a crash for wearing her seat beat and it's off to work they go!
Jack Burns is the voice of Vince & Lorenzo Music,(who also did the voice for Garfield), is the voice of Larry.
