Gay Christians are an Oxymormon

So I live with a self-proclaimed "gay Christian" and that got me to thinking that he must have fell and hit his head while giving fat women massages.

I am gay and a Pagan. I was raised Roman Catholic. I was 11 and decided that Catholicism wasn't really for me. But has that stopped me from going to church? No, and let me tell you why.

Not everybody in church is a bigot. People attend church for spiritual nourishment, not to enforce a political agenda. The political agenda is an accessory and a crutch that people who are ignorant and scared use to justify the belief that their religion "teaches" them, and vice versa.

Actually Christians aren't real Chrisitians...1) Most of them don't follow the scriptures of Jesus Christ (Love thy neighbor, etc.) 2) Most of their holidays are Pagan based (ex: Christmas replaced Saturnalia, The Christmas tree was first adoptedc by Pagans, It's pagan to celebrate someone's birthday) 3) Plenty of fucking reasons...

I would never call a gay person a moron, a pagan or athiest a moron or any other person that has a different belief a moron. Just because somebody is different than you doesn't make them an idiot.

There does not appear to be any form of logic utilized here. "God doesn't allow bad things to happen, right?" -- what the hell kinda crap nonsense is this? He also appears confused over the 'organization' of the church vs. a relationship with God.

All I have to say is that you called Christianity an organization which means you've confused a relationship with God, with people who use the bible for their own selfish needs. And to base your beliefs off of the mainstream media (which is biased and wouldn't cover the truth if their lives depended on it), and those you know (which don't equal even a speck of the world's population), without truly trying to understand something, and studying it, is ignorant, lazy, and perpetuating dumb America.
