this is a states rights 10th amendment issue, they should have a military tribunal not civil trials that should be only for american citizens not combatants of war. our federal gov is so out of control, what is wrong with having it in washington if they want a civil trial. this is what you get in new york or any other states when the federal gov will shove anything down your throat. the people had better return to what the constitution says instead of discarding it for washingtons agendas
