(Vid 99) Pendolino Cab Ride on an London area Diversion

Another cab ride in a Pendolino, this time on a diversion from the normal route from the Carriage Sidings to London Euston via Wembley Central Station and the Willesden Relief Lines, that in part have the Southern 'fridge mould' services run over them. Between 6.10 and 13.49 both tracks are signalled for 2 way working, so it is possible to do some 'German/Dutch' Right Hand running along this stretch.

Interesting seeing newer headspan OHLE next to older lattice/portal type structures around Wembley Yard. Quite a mixture of overhead designs here.

@pburr1973 Thats what you get with partial modernisation, some of the OHLE masts are still the original 1960's style.

@englischlokfuehrer thats all i want to be! i love the fact of being in control of these magnificent trains, going high speeds and that lot! But the closest i can get to it is my rail simulator! I think if i were to become a train driver i would like to drive a pendolino or a class 170!
