$10,000 to bury a person?! I could do it for cheaper. I'll charge $500 and I'll even provide my own gasoline and matches. Think that's an outrageous price for my services? Well, that doesn't come close to the ridiculous costs in "comfortable" cushions in the coffins. The dead aren't getting anything out of the high thread count or dual-layered suspension padding. Funerals are for the living. The death rate for humans is 100% and we're buying plots of land for each of them? I smell some bullshit.

I loved that line too. :) I hate laws for personal safety. Why am I not allowed to drive my motorcycle without a helmet? Why am I required to wear a seatbelt? I may choose to wear a helmet and wear my seatbelt, but for the government to demand it of me is so very wrong. Risk is a cost/benefit analysis. And no politician should make those decisions for me, you, or anybody else.

Marriage is a serious deal. It seems wrong to expect people to wait. And when we do expect it of them, they get married prematurely. Some people don't marry until they're in their fifties. What do you want them to do? Stick strictly to porn? Decriminalizing prostitution would take the profit away from the pimps and gangs and allow the women to keep more income. It's safer, it's sexier, would create real jobs, and it's the right thing to do. If for no other reason than for freedom.

Ever heard of a show called Penn & Teller: Bullshit? There are many similarities to this video. But their show enjoys the lax standards of Showtime so they can have gratuitous profanity and nudity! What better way to argue for freedom than that?

This reminds me of Penn & Teller: Bullshit.

The episode for the War on Drugs and the one on Prostitution are especially similar. Bullshit is my favorite show, so this comparison is high praise indeed. When something is illegal, it becomes dangerous. It doesn't go away just because we want it to. People will still practice whatever it is and they will be criminals in the literal sense of the word. Even if it is a victimless crime like prostitution, they do real time.

They need to call out officials that do stuff like this. Find them and make it known what they are doing. Make their names public and run their asses out of town.
