i've been having vivid dream just about everyday now for the last month or so(and its weird, because before, i use to almost never dream, now i have vivid dreams just about every night)

Wow thank you for this post. I have recently began to explore self induced obe's / lucid dreaming. My very 1st experience a week or so ago had a similar astral healing element. I seemed to guide myself to meet a lady resting. She told me she was in rehab, I automatically put my hand on heart heart chakra and told her she would be ok. I told her that she was just as important as every1 and everthing else! Was an amazing experience! :) Kat
