  • Why so much smoke from exhaust? It doesnt seem healthy

  • @HEKTIC458 that was my original motor right around the time the coolant seals were starting to leak, as well as it was a cold start after not being run for quite some time.

  • @cigano1489 lol..your car, whatever you want :) but when I was 21 I didnt care much either..lol! Check out rotary performance at rx7.com. Give them a call, my exhaust isn't listed on their site, only the greddy version. When I bought mine they had a few in stock and to my knowledge, not many people bought it. They are the best when it comes to ordering and stocking parts. btw, the thing is super light at about 6 lbs. good luck!

  • @cigano1489 not naggin bro..no worries. but yes, usdm name is greddy, and they have a similar model but the tip sticks out more and is rolled. does not come with the silencer either. my exhaust was called Ti-R, the pe ti-r was the 90mm model. They're both discontinued now and don't even show up on the japan website anymore.

  • @cigano1489 wasn't really at the time i got it 3 years ago, it was just nice that they included the silencer. With the stock twins and a high flow cat, its not bad at all. But I recently went single with a 3.5" DP, 3.5" resonated MP to this exhaust and the drone on the highway gets annoying. The silencer does its job well, but robs HP tremendously.

  • @cigano1489 I've got a few other vids on here, that show some of that, if you didn't see already

  • @cigano1489 your wc bro..that's why I put these up here as sort of an informative clip. My only regret was I didnt use a sound pressure meter to actually measure the decibels.

  • @iesdi not a dumb question at all...It is the emblem that the Japanese market used on the early model years. Its triangular shape is supposed to symbolize the rotors. They're quite easy to get actually.

  • May be a stupid question, but what's with the rear emblem? I saw it on one RX7 too... The same symbol.

  • sounds and looks better with silencer out
