Here's another recording of one of Yiruma's works (and likely more on the way ^^). I'm glad to have been introduced to his work, and to have explored some of it - his stuff is really pretty amazing.

As usual, my recordings are never really perfect, but I keep trying. Few mistakes here and there but they're bearable. I was really in a rush with recording this one. Only had a few hours right after exams to polish it up and get it recorded. So I'm sorry for the stupid camera angle. Once again, I'm away from my grand for the summer. But who knows, I might work up the effort to continue to bring videos with my digital piano.

I added fermatas, in various places to separate the phrases for my interpretation for other reasons that you may care to find out.

Hope you all enjoy this one. I really enjoyed working on this one a lot.
This composition is truly deep, calm, expressive and sentimental, and very poetic.
Definitely one of my favorite recordings.

I lie here in restlessness
with the empty coldness around me
I close my eyes to transcend from within my arms
this detached beautiful illusion

My mind awakens to the most familiar silhouette
of her face the design so intricately beautiful
of her figure the appearance so uniquely curvaceous
of her aura the feeling so unconditionally charming

I sit here just to cherish her mezmerizing smile
Her lips chirp the most angelic frequencies
Her lips laugh the most inspiring wavelengths
And she sings for me a flawless rainbow of colors

I glare into her glistening eyes
as they settle beneath retracting brows
I kiss the most graceful lips
and taste irresistible sweetness

I hold her unmistakable hands in a synergisitic interlace
I rest my head to smell the soothing aroma of her hair
I close my eyes and embrace her gently yet desperately
as I refuse to withdraw from this ineffable reality

I lie here in exhaustion
with the gentle traces around me
I close my eyes again to rejoice in
this dearly beloved illusion

Im not saying this just to be nice but because its true. u are probably one of the best and most giffted people i have ever seen on the piano. u are magnificent and ur music are wonderful and could work many wonders on the heart-broken or sad people who needs to relax and take ease. i hope u put more wonderful music for us to hear :)
