Painting A blink-182 Skateboard

This is a mixture of pics and clips of the process of me painting a blink-182 skateboard. Please let me know what you think of it. Also if you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Originally I was just going to make a smiley design, but I thought I needed something more. I brainstormed for some ideas and designs and came up with the rough sketch at 0:51.

Supplies...
-Office Max Inkjet Labels (full sheet)
-3M 3/4 in. painter's tape
-3M sandpaper (approx. 120 and 500)
-Rust-Oleum spray paint
-Rust-Oleum clear coat (gloss)

@Grubbsy4JC i've got an old guitar from the 60s or 70s that i was going to repaint, just haven't gotten to it because it's missing most of the hardware and that stuff gets kind of expensive

Howd you get the blink - 182 - stickers?

@Razor5987 i made them out of Office Max inkjet labels (full sheet). you put them in your printer and print the design on them, cut them out and put over dry paint, then spray over them, then pull them off

why didnt you just buy blue trucks..and especially the wheels....wow!!!there probably like all chipped by now..and you better put rails on that nice board next time to not scratch the paint!!...but after all the board looked great!!

@isaacnewton101 the board has never been used. once i saw how good it was turning out, i knew it would be for show. i didn't buy blue trucks because i didn't want to spend any extra money. kind of on a tight budget here

@LockoutBand inverts the picture, because its in negative it makes negative again. Turning back into the original pink and blue picture with a white background
