  • @20Divine20 They don't only change grip, there are alot ways to work the muscles with only bodyweight as you can see in the videos. With bodyweight training you use your body muscles simultaneously. This is why gymnasts are capable of displaying great strength and endurance. I think both ways have there pro's and cons and you can train all your muscles with bodyweight (weight vests and ankle vests are used). A mixture between both is the best way to train. Ah well im of to the gym for now.

  • @kingashaman Changing grip is not enough, maybe weight vest can be a solution, but they won't be stronger because training with bodyweigh, it's a misbelief. But i say it again, train all your muscles with these methods is almost impossible.

  • @20Divine20 There are alot of ways to change the schedule just a little bit and keeping the muscle confused.

    For example just the different grips on the bar will change your workout. And alot of these guys also train with weight vests, so they actually train with weights but in a calesthenics setting. You will also become much stronger (raw power) with bodyweight. But yeah if you want to become really big in a 'short' amount of time then weights are way better.
