There was a time in my childhood when I actually believed the prequels were so much better than this!! Thank god my freshman math teacher made me see sense and realize that Empire is way superior to the prequels...

notice the two scenes cut from the movie, one where threepio rips off the warning sticker on the door where the wampas are being held captive so some stormies can enter and get torn up, the second where luke and leia share an intimate kiss alone. very, very brief shots, but interesting to see anyway.

@534baseace my kid watched this when he was 7 and he enjoyed it as much as i did when i was little i think i was like 9 or 10 when i seen it though anyway it was a great bonding moment for us to watch the trilogy

I saw Ep. IV in a "Jerry Lewis Theater" franchise in '78 and they gave a teaser at the end for ESB. I remember telling my mom I wanted to see it. We saw it while visiting my grandparents in Florida :)
