The sound is from crysis in which the mod was developed from. Its an automatic turret sound, it makes the noise when it locks onto a player.

Which is it ? I thought there were only 4 in the Beta ? (SA Marshes, SA Inferno, SA Sandblast and SA Extremity)

There's also Clearcut which is the wide-open valley on a clear day. That might be the one you mean.

There's normally 10-15 servers around, some in europe and some in the US. Not sure if there are any Ozzie servers tho.
