My dad is in jail,, unfourtanlly my step family comes first. and i have only gotton one phone call. witch ws last month. he went to jail in december, my step brother teases me at school. I betend i dont care but whenever im alone i cry and cry, My dad is the only adult that i can trust , and actully listen to me. I wish he could just start acting like a grown up. and be there next year for my first day of highschool.

I've been thinking about that, and it seems in retrospect that Dad hardly ever said "I love you" to anyone. Maybe I was just following his lead? At any rate, thank you for the kind comments! : ))

@ForrestHorn Hi, your comment could have been written by me! ...I think that maybe are fathers really knew how much we loved them, even if we couldn't show it at the time...yeah, 20 since my Dad died too, but in some ways he has never left me..my best wishes to you. john
