Russia will modernise its economy and political system but not by force. That's the promise made by President Dmitry Medvedev in his end of the year interview. During one and a half hours he also touched upon various issues including his relations with Vladimir Putin, problem of drunk driving, country's medical care, Guus Hiddink and even rock music.
