This is the synthesis of Westlife's journey in Vietnam from the airport to the press conference and the concert on Oct 1.

Here's my story: I traveled more than 700 miles from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi with my family, and arrived at Noibai airport at 9a.m on Sept 30. We had planned to go somewhere and come back to the airport to greet Westlife at 3:30 pm but since the airport is more than 25 miles to the city centre, plus there was a storm outside, so we decided to stay at the airport. That was the longest wait I had ever done in my life. I'm not a patient person. Even waiting for 30 minutes makes me go nut, but this time, 6 hours and a half, wow! That's the record. I guess Westlife are the only ones who can make me do that :). After we had lunch at the airport, I started to surf the internet to kill the time, and when I saw Nicky's tweet: "Flying to Vietnam. We're on our way!", the excitement was rolling inside of me. I love Westlife since I was a little girl, and now I'm 19 and I finally got the chance to see them IN PERSON. At 2 pm, some Westlife fans started to arrived at the airport. I can recognize them 'coz they were all wearing the uniform with the big 'Westlife' word on it. Later, the airport was full of green (the color of Westlife's Vietnamese fan club). They brought a lot of banners and pictures to greet the lads, and I was like: "WOW, it's the most impressive greeting I've ever seen in my life". I tried to blend in and talked to them a little bit. Then, we saw Mr. Vu (the producer of Westlife's concert in Vietnam). He's the 'hero' of Westlife fans all over the country 'coz he's the one who has invited the band to come to Vietnam, and we're very grateful for that. Then, the leader of the fan club organized some activities to welcome Westlife as well as attract other people's attention about this event with the flash mob dance, singing, etc. I must admit that they were very well-prepared, and I just wished Westlife could see this. The time had finally come. At 3:15 pm, the securities asked us to go outside and formed us into 2 lines. I tried to find a good place to take the best shot of them. 15 minutes went by. We all felt happy and excited. Even any normal passengers walking out from the gate could cause the scream (crazy, right? :)). The next 30 minutes went by and the boys still hadn't come. I started to feel worry 'coz it was forecasted that the storm was gonna hit Vietnam that afternoon. I was afraid that the flight couldn't land or had been canceled or something like that, but luckily, it didn't happen. At 4:10 pm, WESTLIFE HAD FINALLY COME! OMG, I can't describe my feelings at that moment. The fans were absolutely going wild, and so was I. Everything was absolutely crazy!!! (You can see what was happening in the vid. BTW, All of the unshaken scenes were taken by my Dad). Everything was just like a dream to me, and although I just saw Shane, Mark, Kian and Nicky in a few minutes, that was one of the happiest moments of my life.
