@SUBXERO1961 Really!? You do green smoothies with doughnuts? You don't know why you haven't lost weight? Are you serious? Your blood sugar is high? Maybe you carb out on pizza instead. LOL!

@ElenaVegan Thank you soo soo much for replying back and im excited on changing my lifestyle a bit..hehe but ya so when i start doing this em i considered being vegetarian ..hahahaha idk if ppl ask i'll just say idk ..hahaha but ya anyways thanks so much and much appeciated and on another note you look so good ..hehe thanks for the inspiration

@Frank805123 It'a s great thing to quit all the stuff you mentioned. And, yes, you can drink green smoothies only, although after a while I would suggest adding more foods, such as grains, more veggies, etc. in. Drink them as often as you are hungry--the amount will vary from person to person and depending on the ingredients you put in it, but as long as you stay satiated you should be ok--on an average, if you are doing green smoothies only, you might consume 56-76+ oz of grn smoothies/day

@ElenaVegan hey im planin on turnin my self to drink green smoothies. and im gunna not eat diary, or meats or sodas and cook foods ext. i was wondering do u think it is okay for me just to drink green smoothies and how much of green smoothie should i consume to keep me healthy ? well thanks and much much appreciated
The human body is designed to eat meat. To imply that not eating meat is in any way better for you than eating is just plain wrong.

@BetaDanU100 :) and who designed it that way? And how is it that more and more of us are thriving without eating meat? So, I would rather be wrong and healthy than "right" and sick.

@ElenaVegan Thousands of years of evolution designed us that way. Thriving without eating meat? Not eating meat is like not eating vegetables or fruit. You'll get a deficiency. That can range from a protein deficiency to an Iron deficiency. The reason you might see improvements to your health or atleast think you see improvements to your health is because the large amount of vegetables you're eating is giving you a good amount of whatever vitamin that vegetable has that you need.

@BetaDanU100 then you answered your statement--I get what I need when it comes to minerals and vitamins, and no, we have recorded evidence of people thriving off vegan diets their whole lives. I can see your personal perception, but unless it is only that and speculation, without personal experience you can't validate your statement. I lived both ways, however, and, trust me, this way is much better:) Less calories, more energy, better nutrient absorption, etc-and knowing what I am doing too :)

hello, i have super green smoothies, and a lb of raw vegiies 5x a week, but i still crave sweet carbs in the morning and eve. i need help

@SUBXERO1961 depending on how long you have been eating better, and how often you "slip up" it takes time and retraining yourself before your body will give up on its battle. I would suggest making healthful sweet substitutes to retrain your body. You can find a lot at on my site, and in the Desserts e-book at the e-store [same site]
