@incinerator950 - I would guess it may be dead. The sequel to R-Type Tactics (R-Type Tactics II: Operation Bitter Chocolate) is where people choose to either fight with Bydo technology (like Force modules) or go against it (the ships vary for both).
Or maybe a plot twist where he comes back, more powerful than ever after both stories are completed...

@ScorpianViper You have to finish the game on Normal or Hard to unlock the Pow Armor.

@matrixandraia The Pow armor looks like the evil version of the R-9. The Force looks more like a backpack when put on the back o.O and its just the same version force, only different stuff.

@ScorpianViper The POW Armor is basically an upgraded R9. Still, I like to joke about it. The blue weapon is an absolute godsend if you have walls to bounce the beams off of. The blue weapon is basically my favorite on the R9/POW Armor.
