this can work in a fight but its all timing though they have to time every move they make perfectly or their in trouble

While these moves wouldn't be all that effective in a real fight, you have to understand that a short display of this kind of acrobatics would be enough to scare most attackers and, in turn, bolster your own confidence. Psychology plays a huge part in fighting.

obviously they can flip and do stuff like that, but can they acually use any of these tricks to help in a fight. Im not criticising them because i watch this video 2 or more times a day its so amazing, but i think any guy who is mad enough could beat them up.
