Based on my trilogy-in-progress, the Guardian Realms.
Angelina is the daughter of Jareth, the Gatekeeper (a lesser god), but was not acknowledged until her teens. As a child, she doesn't understand why her father loves her older brother Damien and not her nor why her parents are always fighting. As a teen, her confusion turns into understanding which becomes resentment. She watches as her parents and brother fight over her, Lyra and Damien trying to get Jareth to acknowledge his daughter. But Angelina remains silent.
This video focuses on Angelina's struggles between the dynamics of her strange family, her need to be loved by her father, and to learn to forgive.

This is actually from one of my original stories that I am currently working on. I just chose film and actors that I thought would best represent some of the aspects of my story.
