Sliced fresh fruit on a platter used in catering on a low end menu. More elaborate platters are used on high priced menus. This platter uses, 1 ea. cantalope, honeydew, pineapple and 1/4 large watermelon and 1 pint strawberry

    Mise en place yer fruit tray.

    Get yer tray, yer cutting board, yer knife, yer sanitation water, yer trash can, yer fruit, yer zucchini for yer garnish. Get a spoon to help you with cleaning the fruit.

    Now wash yer fruit. Then peel yer fruit. Then cut yer melons in 1/2 and remove the seeds with yer spoon. Now cut yer fruit by slicing ALL but yer berries 1/4 inch thick.

    Starting in the middle of yer plate, shingle out yer fruit in alternating colors. Garnish, serve.
