The overtake was not complete, but also Mark never changed his line Mark was positioning his car to be in the right spot for the right hander following immediately after the left hander. Which he is entitled to do.

The reason was to keep Vettel on the dirty side of the track to take advantage in the braking zone, This is how Vettel got around the outside of Webber in Malaysia. Vettel would also of lost more corner speed by having to turn tighter and then Webber would of been in the right spot for the right hand turn directly after this corner.

In theory yes, but have you watched the crash in real time?? Even with the incredible reaction speeds those guys have Vettel didn't give him anywhere near the time to get out of the way...... His back wheel wasn't even in front of Webber's front wheel when he tried to turn in front of him. A really stupid move from a really good driver and while yes he went out, he also totally fucked up Webber's race who was all set to win and ended up getting third.
