It is for kids like 3 yr olds and always under adult supervision. Also it should never break if built properly and the legs are fastened down properly.
If it was your brother I guess he is younger than you since you can use the Internet and type. Did your brother brake or the swing break?
Remember: CONSTANT ADULT supervision is the key to staying out of trouble for anyone that has children. That should have been in the manual that came with your brother. It's on the video.
