  • look here people! in the morning you eat eggs with some bread and rice in a reasonable portion with a piece of chicken then in the afternoon and at night u eat special k and between breakfast and dinner u eat a type of fruit u may like such as a hand full of grapes

    keep the motabolism active and give your body enough energy for the day and eat special k, no i did say u have to eat egg, not always u can substitute it with yogurt

  • For fun id love this dietician to point me towards the science which says saturated fats causes heart disease and cholesterol causes heart disease ........whats that?

    Yes there is none. Only done 1000 studies and no evidence as it was based on a 1970's goverment advise board with no research to back it up.
