In honor of the draft we decided to run some 40's and do the 225 bench press test. We finsihed off our work out with shrugs. Subscribe to kaeosfitness channel. We will have new work outs weekly.

  • those were not real shrugs. idk what you guys thought you were doing but do it right bring your shoulders UP

  • its real easy to pick up on ROM of a shrug watching a youtube video. watch the weights they are moving up and down

  • lol o and u guys do kno that smaller skill players like db's n receivers use 185 n not 225 ....genius

  • everyone in the nfl uses 225 if they are going to test. nba and hs use 185. There are DB that do 225 for 20....genius

  • haha i'm having a good laugh reading all the comments. I bet 99% of people who post hating comments or comments like "im 14 and i bench 205" are 30 year old fat virgins that weigh 300 pounds and have ran less than 40 yards in their whole life.

  • gay lil wayne in the background ugh

  • if ur looking for strength do 1-4 reps

    if u looking for muscle mass 5-10 reps

    anything over that is just endurance u wont get stronger

  • good spotter on first set of bench

    just screams at him

    doesnt let him slack for a second

  • lol im 19 i weigh 265 and can bench like 75 pounds everyone in my gym was pretty impressed i can post video if needed!!!
