http://www.TheAmericanRepublic.com. IRS FAIL: "How to STOP the IRS" Works!

IRS Admits "Notice" Required, STILL FAILS

The letter begins with "Our review of your records...", and then claims those records "...do not adequately verify [any] Federal tax liability".

That's victory # 1: IRS did NOT assert a liability.

their reasons for believing this are explained at the bottom of the letter.

Their reasons are that "Mr. Kernan did not provide any records."

They did NOT say "Mr. Kernan failed...". They love to use the word failed. Almost magically, it infers a duty, or requirement, without actually saying so.

NOTE: they did NOT assert a penalty, despite claiming (back to page 1) that I am "required by law to keep permanent records...".

But then they ask me to "Please send...within 6 months...an explanation...". Not records. "An explanation"

You're gonna enjoy the rest of these videos.
