Lucas County Job and Family Services said Friday the economic slump in Ohio and the region has really put a strain on what they do.

Due to cuts, the staff is now operating bare bones espite an increased caseload due to high unemployment numbers.

Agency Director Deb Ortiz-Flores and Ohio Representative Peter Ujvagi discussed about what's going on inside the Rotunda in Columbus.
