Harley Davidson VRSCA won't start

Need help.
Tried to start my motorcycle, but nothing happen.
Checked fuse block-found battery fuse was blown, changed it, but still the same.
Turn signals would't blink.
After I turn the key to IGN, security lamps start to blink, after pushing button on fob, blinking stops, but the security "key" on cluster keeps blinking.
Fob's battery is ok, changed it.
Any suggestions

@collectorhistory relays are good, checked with spare ones I had. It seems that security module is not responding correctly. I found information to click FOB button three times, then everything works, and I finally started it, but after arming the motorcycle security and then trying to disarm again the same problem, have to push the button three times.

@collectorhistory all fuses including maxi fuse are ok, checked with tester
