I think for this exercise it's not necessary to sit to the canter.. It's a lot easier for the horse if u keep your weight out of the saddle.

stop rocking back and forth so much in canter. this will help your horse to be more balanced when you come to do bigger fences and he will have less chance of knocking them.

0:58 it looks as tho her left stirrup is higher than her right one. make sure your stirrups are the same length. she migh have gotton allittle off balance in the saddle and forced the saddle to the right wich in turn movd her left stirrup. sometimes that happens so make sure that every once in a while you check to make sure everything is centured.

by arch i mean lik earch in not out lol..like if you look up pictures of hunter jumpers youll notice that their backs are sort of dented in..thats wut i mean by arch lol
