hasn't this guy ever seen that show 'monsters inside me" about parasites nearly killing the people they get into usually by way of poorly cooked meat or poorly washed veggies??

@commonspectator Those shows are all about fear - I eat allot of anti-parasitical herbs (oregano, mint) that keeps things in check. Parasite fear sells lots of products.

@catman63879 I do that most of the time now - but wild spinach and such is a great thing to add to your salad. Sandwiches dont make superheroes ;)

This is great I'm completely new to this. The only people I knew who take advantage of knowing and eating herbs and less known edible plants are the Rastafaris. As a Christian it seemed our appreciation for this has declined but were taught to really cherish and take advantage of the plants and herbs around us. When I go outside I get curious about whether some of the nearby plants are edible. I'd really love to learn more about this practice.

I've weighed the nature of humans and to see we are just as the animals especially with this video. I'm feel burdened with need to keep replenishing our energy thru mouth to stomach. Is there any one complete and healthy drink to get the oral task over with?

as long as you know the weeds your eating are edible this is a great idea, if you aren't sure... don't just go around eating random plants!
