how is SF going with outskill 1 and 2?

If you're under the effect of Quickening Zephyr (Casted by Margonite Ranger), you don't need to use Skill 1 and 2.

Because the effect of Quickening Zephyr = The effect of Skill 1 + 2.

Low health make protective bonds more effective. 500health -> 25 dmg, 200 health -> 10 dmg.

I think there is a sup.Deadly arts rune and maybe sup.Critical Strike rune on it.

also, when youre down to 2 enemies in a mob, switch targets to get them both below 25% makes it faster.

i use 105hp. its most effective(5dmg) just put a sup rune in each piece of gear. rest of armor radiant insignias and a staff with ench+20% and +20e( insightful, 5^50 inscr, 10 from staff built in)

any attribute does it, as you dont need to deal dmg with your staff
