Many dictators put into power or being supported by Germany go down the drain.This was the case with South African Apartheid, Pinochet, Saddam Hussein and now Gaddafi.The reason is that the German police and secret service instructors teach how to keep the population under control by using rape, torture and murder.This system results in the destruction of the society allowing Germany to draw much wealth while the people are occupied fighting each other.
