This is something stupid and funny I've found when my Brother and I was trying out the debug menu Action Replay code.

To perform this stupid thing, you must have an Action Replay which costs like $30 or less (depending where you get it).

Also, I had it on No-Debug-Rom and it only seems to work with Princess Peach and Princess Zelda. When the code is on, you have to use a taunt and well, their dress comes off.
