  • thanks for the video. How is uni life in japan? are there good parties there? is it worth going to waseda? and is that an australian accent . Sorry for all the questions. I want to go on an extange to waseda but i also want to make sure this is the right choice for me. I love my beer and my parties but ive also always wanted to study in japan. thanks

  • @tomssmart Yep, I am Australian, you got it.

Waseda is a great place to study if you're looking to going to Japan. It's right in the middle of Tokyo (pretty much) and that means there are plenty of options for partying. In fact, if you go you'll probably find that there are too many parties to go to! Let's just say that university in Japan involves a lot of all-you-can-drink beer.

It can get expensive though... but it's a lot of fun!

  • Hi.. thanks for this video.. I'll be staying in Nishi Waseda this Sept.

I would like to ask.. is breakfast and dinner served in this dorm? or do we need to cook for ourselves?

  • @chouhime08 No, you need to cook everything for yourself.

I ended up going out to eat for most meals.

  • ah.. i think this dorm is only for exchange students, am I correct?

  • @kittykattykoo Yeah, only for exchange students going to Waseda University.

  • Hi! I will soon study in nishi waseda, i didn't know there is a dormitory called nishi waseda international student house until i found this video. How did you apply for this room?

  • @grillface101 Thanks for the tips, and for answering so fast. My parents won't be coming so I guess I'll just have to buy one there. When I do a tour of the neighbourhood I'll be sure to check out that Picasso store. Good thing you posted this video.
