Out of Phase - (Menu Screen Tempo) - Parasite Eve

This song was in the game and also in the Options Menu but at a slower tempo. The fast one was in the soundtrack but the slow one was not, so I slowed it down myself. (I hate when game soundtracks have every song in the game except the ones that you want! Jeez!)

Thank you for making this. =) To tell the truth, I'm not sure I ever even noticed that it was at a slower tempo on the menu screen. It is extremely relaxing at this tempo, and nostalgic. ^_^ I could just go to sleep listening to this.
