The crate hardly even brushed the supporting pole, and half of the entire factory falls down? If anything the safety measures taken in that place are woeful to say the least. Sure, the guy was a plank to do what he did, but can't you imagine that the same thing could have happened due to an unforeseeable accident as well.
Anyway, the guy is still a major douche-bag.
