I agree that the standard web form processing is not very elegant. If the focus is not on the right field the input from the key is wasted. I'm thinking of channeling the 128 bit information through the xep-0004 jabber extension.

I do not see the string of characters as being an issue. I like to see what is happening, instead of it being hidden in the background, but I understand not all would agree. So I think with in setting or some check box, etc you should have the option to select whether it is a progress bar or a little more verbose. Your feedback would be nice.

it's a very good idea to have a second layer of validation. It is impressive how simple the device is set up and would love to see how it can improve OS security as well.

great invention, progress bar. probably some div style width * text input length. what exactly was your role on this project? also - is this effort you guys invest a reason why my 11.10 upgrade broke UX so bad?
